Questions about your timer, a problem to report, or an idea for Quicky? Contact the developer, Christian Andrade.

Email support

Include your device model, iOS version, app version and what happened. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive information.

Setting a timer

Select the hour, enter two minute digits, choose AM or PM, then tap Set Timer. Check the displayed day and time before starting. If that time has already passed today, the timer targets tomorrow.

Alarms and notifications

On iOS 26 or later, allow Quicky to schedule alarms when asked. If permission is unavailable or denied, Quicky can use notifications instead. Notification alerts depend on your device's notification, Silent Mode and Focus settings. Check Quicky's permissions in the Settings app if you do not hear an alert.

Live Activities

Allow Live Activities to show your countdown on the Lock Screen and, on supported iPhones, in Dynamic Island. iOS controls their availability and duration; the scheduled alarm is separate.

Sounds and spoken time

Open Quicky's Settings to preview alarm and button sounds. Spoken countdown announcements play while Quicky is open. Interface sounds respect Silent Mode.
